As these services are customized for each client, this policy governs cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting us in writing via email or phone.

Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges, if any.

After Work Begins

Once work has started, research, planning, design, development, or campaign setup has commenced, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and custom services:

• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not available for completed consultations, strategy sessions, campaign setup, website development milestones, or digital deliverables already shared with the client.
• If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Project Delays

Project timelines depend on timely cooperation from the client.

If required content, approvals, login credentials, or feedback are delayed by the client, Annora Digital shall not be responsible for any resulting project delays.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing performance depends on many external factors, including:

• Search engine algorithm updates
• Market competition
• Advertising platform policies
• Customer behavior
• Budget allocation

Therefore, Annora Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, or return on investment (ROI).

6. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests due to technical errors or duplicate payments will be reviewed individually.

If a duplicate payment has been made, please contact us immediately with your payment details.
